Nikole Wells is regional vice president, INFINITI west region. Appointed to this position in April 2023, she is responsible for overseeing and directing all marketing, market representation, personnel and operational functions of the region.
Nikole brings more than 24 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and corporate strategy. Since joining Nissan Group in 2005 as manager, District Parts & Services, she's earned roles of increasing importance – including her most recent positions of director, Dealer and Field Training at Nissan North America, and Chief of Staff at INFINITI Americas. Before joining Nissan Group, Nikole held various leadership positions at another automaker.
Nikole holds a bachelor's of science degree from the University of Michigan.
