Dubai, UAE – INFINITI Middle East has launched ‘INFINITI BEYOND’, a first-of-its kind membership program in the region that reimagines traditional luxury vehicle ownership as a deeply personalized membership experience. Designed exclusively for the tastes and preferences of consumers in the region, this new program introduces a wide range of thoughtfully-curated benefits and experiences, aimed at enhancing customer wellbeing, while fostering meaningful connections within the INFINITI owner community.

INFINITI BEYOND demonstrates the brand’s commitment to bringing exceptional experiences to INFINITI QX80 owners in the Middle East. INFINITI BEYOND members may unlock exclusive deals and privileges via U by Emaar at its extensive portfolio of hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues. Members will also gain free subscriptions to Calm, the #1 app for sleep and mindfulness, and a selection of other exclusive well-being focused privileges designed to support a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

INFINITI BEYOND integrates the core benefits customers already value, from the signature INFINITI Total Ownership Experience: including 5-year warranty, valet services, courtesy vehicles, and roadside assistance, ensuring a seamless, premium ownership journey.

Experience Strategy & Concept Development

INFINITI collaborated with experience innovation partner Valtech to shape the foundational vision behind INFINITI BEYOND. Valtech supported the early development of the membership concept, creating the strategic framework, customer journeys, and wireframes that guided how the experience should come together across physical and digital touchpoints. Valtech’s strategic work helped ensure the overall experience remains coherent, customer-centric, and aligned with INFINITI’s ambition to elevate luxury mobility in the region.
