INFINITI earns the top rank with a Reputation Score of 743 points. INFINITI also holds the highest visibility and engagement score of the U.S Luxury Brand category at 74 and 89 points, respectively.

The 2023 Automotive Reputation Report is one of the most comprehensive rankings in the market, and includes three categories of criteria: sentiment, visibility, engagement. As consumer feedback continues to drive success in the auto industry, these factors had a significant impact on INFINITI's score: customer service, staff, sales, competence, speed.
In the 2022 and 2021 Automotive Reputation Report, INFINITI ranked second and first, respectively, among U.S. luxury brands.
