Human. Daring. Forward. At our heart, there is a collective of humans pouring passion into their work every day. Human is our most powerful and most defining value. Daring is in our blood. Forward drives us to progress toward a better tomorrow. These values guide our employees, and it's because of them that INFINITI is certified as a Great Place to Work.

As part of Nissan Group, more than 21,000 U.S. employees support INFINITI's operations here in the region – from design and engineering, to manufacturing and distribution, to financing, sales and marketing. This recognition validates our work to empower employees, by supporting their personal and professional well-being, providing rewarding career opportunities and welcoming all with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

We're on a mission to create a holistic experience for our customers through our products, and we can only achieve this by the way we do business, the way we treat each other and the things we hold most dear.

Human is foundational
Not losing sight of the human aspect is important, and our company encourages employees to integrate their personal and workplace successes. As just one example, a new parental leave policy was introduced – one that applies to all employees – providing up to 16 weeks of leave. Additionally, initiatives like 'Dress for Your Day' dress guidelines and 'Be Where You Need to Be' hybrid-work policy give employees a voice in choosing how to make work, work best for them.

"The parental leave policy allowed me to spend invaluable moments with my baby girl. I'm thankful to work for a company that encourages its employee to put family first."
- Francisco Negron, Product Planning Manager

Daring is in our blood
Along with recruiting top talent, INFINITI invests in opportunities for growth and learning. By encouraging employees to grow their skills, we make our business better and more innovative – in turn providing meaningful careers. As a hub of innovation and EV transformation, it's a core element of making INFINITI a great place to work.

"I've had amazing opportunities to help strengthen our brand both internally and externally. Our company culture has afforded these chances at all levels of my career. One thing that continues to stand out is that we have amazing people, with a lot of passion, working toward our goals."
- Tyler Graves, INFINITI Marketing Communications

Forward toward a better tomorrow
Giving back to communities where we live and work gives us purpose. This takes many forms, from directly improving and empowering the communities around our facilities, to supporting volunteer efforts and providing philanthropic support across the country. For example, the Nissan Foundation has supported over 150 nonprofit organizations and donated more than $15 million since its inception in 1992.

"The company is truly committed to investing in communities where it operates. Recently, I participated in a food drive with my colleagues, and was humbled by the gratefulness of the families we served."
- Petra Tester, Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant Supervisor

Proud to be a Great Place to Work
INFINITI is proud and grateful for the values our employees bring to work each and every day. We know that it's our people who make us great, and we'll keep working to provide them with rewarding careers, a voice for change and a sense of purpose as we innovate and dare to be different.
