NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The INFINITI Q50 received the 2021 AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Award (VSA) in the Standard Luxury Car category, a first for the sports sedan. Previously, notable INFINITI VSA wins included the QX50, QX60, and QX80, in numerous categories.

Now in its 25th year, AutoPacific's VSAs identify the most satisfying vehicles on the market. An industry benchmark for measuring how satisfied an owner is with his or her new vehicle, VSAs are based on survey responses from more than 89,000 owners of new model-year cars and light trucks.

"We are honored to have the Q50 win this AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Award,"said Jeff Pope, Group Vice President of INFINITI Americas. "For model-year 2021, our sports sedan is fueled for passionate drivers looking for something as distinctive as they are. We are proud and honored to have the Q50 recognized by its owners."

AutoPacific's VSAs objectively measure owner satisfaction with 36 individual attributes, including driving performance, features, usability, seating comfort, and interior design. Scores are based only on owner input and are unique in the industry for blending both importance and satisfaction ratings to represent a true comprehensive view of the product.

The INFINITI Q50 took home the Standard Luxury Car award category for 2021. Owners chose the sedan as the most satisfying Standard Luxury Car, which now sits at the top of its competitive set with scores equal to or better than the competition in 27 of the surveyed 36 attributes. Successfully blending sportiness and luxury with a powerful twin-turbo V6, the Q50 earns praise for its acceleration, braking, exterior styling, front seat comfort, power, and array of safety features. Owners also highly rated key attributes like the Q50's driver's seat durability, handling, movement, quality, reliability, ride, safety ratings, and visibility.

The 2021 INFINITI Q50 features a revised model lineup with the addition of the Q50 Signature Edition grade, which offers a dark chrome exterior trim, 19" bright aluminum alloy wheels and saddle brown leather-appointed sports seats. The Q50 is also available in four other well-equipped grade levels, including PURE, LUXE, SENSORY, and the ultimate RED SPORT 400, the latter of which is powered by a 400-horsepower twin-turbo VR-series 3.0-liter V-6.  Additionally, the 2021 Q50 lineup is now available in two new exterior colors, Slate Gray and Grand Blue.
