NASHVILLE, Tenn. The arrival of the all-new 2025 INFINITI QX80 is a momentous occasion for INFINITI's product renaissance. Equally as memorable was the hand-off experience for the first QX80 clients, several of whom enjoyed personalized, curated deliveries of their new luxury SUV.

One-of-a-kind vehicle introduction

For the first client to take delivery of an all-new QX80 in Miami, Fla., the new model's evocative styling made an instant impression. She was cross-shopping a rival luxury SUV, but once she saw the 2025 QX80 in person, she immediately knew she had to have it. To celebrate that connection and make her experience even more memorable, Warren Henry INFINITI in North Miami had an extra surprise for the client: a personal meeting with Alfonso Albaisa, Nissan Motor Corporation senior vice president for Global Design. He shared highlights about the SUV's stunning design and advanced technology before handing the vehicle over to its new driver, who drove away with an even greater appreciation for the model's inimitable new design.

A sweet treat

In Queens, New York, the delivery of Robert's new QX80 AUTOGRAPH coincided with his birthday. Staff at INFINITI City of Queens helped make the experience even more memorable by presenting him with keys to his new SUV and a birthday cake – a true example of INFINITI retailers' thoughtful hospitality.

Premium experience for the entire family

Meanwhile at INFINITI of Denver in Colorado, the arrival of a new luxury SUV was a cause for celebration for the whole McMichael family. Mom and dad have owned multiple INFINITI models since their first in 2011, including three QX80 SUVs. With three kids and an on-the-go lifestyle, they are thrilled with how easy their all-new 2025 QX80 makes it to access the second and third rows of seats.

Elevated client service, from start to finish

These curated, in-person interactions exemplify the INFINITI approach to thoughtful hospitality, where the luxury experience extends beyond the vehicle to every client touchpoint. After the initial point of sale, INFINITI continues to offer outstanding client service moments that help make the ownership experience more seamless and more extraordinary.

The all-new 2025 INFINITI QX80 is now on sale at INFINITI retailers nationwide with a starting MSRP1 of $82,450. Clients can learn more about the all-new model at www.new-QX80.com.
