NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nissan today announced new roles for two key members of its Communications team. Kyle Bazemore is named director, Corporate Communications, Nissan North America, and Ashli Bobo will succeed him as director, INFINITI Americas Communications.

The appointments are effective Apr. 1. Both report to Brian Brockman, vice president, Communications, U.S. & Canada.

"Kyle and Ashli have decades of communications experience which will be key in helping us continue to advance our storytelling for Nissan and INFINITI," said Brockman. "We look forward to the leadership and fresh thinking that they'll bring to their new positions."

In his new role, Bazemore will oversee a group responsible for strategic communications areas, including crisis and risk management, manufacturing and labor communications, digital communications, multicultural and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) topics, corporate social media and executive communications. Bazemore has been a key part of the INFINITI communications team for nearly 20 years.

Bobo succeeds Bazemore as director, INFINITI Americas Communications. She has been with Nissan North America for nearly six years across multiple corporate and internal roles, most recently serving as director, Corporate Communications. Bobo has worked on numerous cross-functional teams and special project teams and is a co-founder of the Black Employees of Nissan, one of the company's Business Synergy Teams.
