Julie Lynch is director, Client Experience and Training, INFINITI USA. Appointed to this position in December 2024, Julie is responsible for leading strategies to deliver luxury client services while enhancing satisfaction and loyalty for the INFINITI brand.
Julie brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry. Since joining Nissan Group in 2006, she has held roles of increasing responsibilities in marketing and sales, aftersales and business transformation. Most recently, she was the director of Aftersales Dealer Support.
Julie's leadership has been recognized with the One Nissan Chairperson Award. She has led numerous cross-functional teams, tasked with contributing to business objectives across the organization. Julie is passionate about mentorship and has led mentoring circles for Nissan’s employee resource group for women.
Beyond her professional achievements, Julie is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She has served on the board of directors for My Friend's House, a group home for boys aged 12-18, and Showtime Baseball, a youth sports organization.
Julie holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and a master's in engineering management from the University of Tennessee. She is Six Sigma certified.
