Bob Welby is senior director, Operations, INFINITI USA. Appointed to this position in June 2019, Bob is responsible for overseeing INFINITI's overall performance in the United States, including oversight of INFINITI sales channels, client experience, training, model line management, pricing, and incentives.
Bob brings more than 27 years of incredible leadership in sales operations, strategy, marketing and communications. Since joining Nissan Group in 1996 as a Regional Operation Specialist, he's earned roles of increasing responsibility – including his most recent roles of director, CMM INFINITI USA and director, INFINITI Sales Operations.
With Nissan Group being the only company that he has ever worked for, Bob has used his 27 years to develop into a leader that strives to live by these words of a quote by Teddy Roosevelt, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”
Bob holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from University of New Hampshire.
