NASHVILLE, Tenn. — INFINITI today announced a series of leadership appointments across its U.S. sales operations and marketing communications organizations, reinforcing the brand's focus on growth, strong retailer partnerships and brand momentum.
Mark Lubbers has been promoted to director, Sales & Regional Operations, INFINITI USA, replacing Eric Ledieu, who was recently promoted to vice president, INFINITI Americas.
As head of Sales & Regional Operations, Lubbers will lead national sales strategy and regional operations in alignment with INFINITI's market growth vision. He will oversee the U.S. sales organization, sales operations, distribution, fleet and certified pre-owned performance. In this role, he will also partner closely with INFINITI's field teams to drive business objectives that support the brand and its retailer network.
Lubbers brings extensive automotive experience across sales, aftersales and retailer operations. Throughout his career, he has held roles with responsibilities spanning sales performance management, market planning and field support. His background reflects a deep commitment to strengthening retailer engagement and profitability.
"Mark is a strong and trusted leader with a deep understanding of our retailers, markets and the discipline needed to support our long-term growth," said Ledieu. "He brings the right experience and leadership to move our sales organization forward as we build sustained momentum for the brand."
INFINITI also announced that Rob Martin has been named director, Marketing Communications & Media, INFINITI USA, succeeding Shelley Pratt, who is moving into another leadership role within the Nissan USA marketing organization.
In his new role, Martin will lead the strategic development and implementation of INFINITI's marketing communications, creative campaign launches and paid media strategy.
Martin has spent his career shaping how brands connect with consumers through media, partnerships, and live experiences. Most recently at Nissan USA, he led a nine‑figure U.S. media and experiential portfolio across digital, social, TV, and major partnerships—building strong teams, modernizing media strategy, and delivering meaningful gains in brand demand and sales.
"We are excited to welcome Rob into this role. He brings a strong strategic perspective that will continue to elevate how we show up in the market," Ledieu added. "At the same time, we thank Shelley for her dedication to INFINITI and the lasting impact she has made on our brand voice and internal culture."
Lubbers and Martin will be based at INFINITI's Americas headquarters in Franklin, Tenn., both reporting to Ledieu.
