NASHVILLE, Tenn. – INFINITI dealers were once again recognized for their highly rated dealer responsiveness by the 2023 Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index® (PSI®) Internet Lead Effectiveness (ILE) Study released March 6th. The brand earned a score of 69, increasing from its previous year's number by two points and ranking second overall in the industry.

"The results demonstrated through the Pied Piper study reinforces our commitment to meeting our customer needs head on and in a timely manner."

Pied Piper's ILE process measured dealer responsiveness to customer website inquiries. The ILE study included more than 5,400 U.S. dealerships and gave a score out of 100 based on how well each retailer responded by email, phone, or text message over a 24-hour period.
