Matt Wilson is director, INFINITI Client Experience & Training, INFINITI USA. Appointed to this position in May 2017, Matt is responsible for managing and building more personal, luxury experiences to deliver top-tier customer satisfaction for the INFINITI brand.
Matt brings more than 25 years of experience in customer satisfaction, reputation management, business strategy, sales and marketing. Since joining INFINITI Americas in 2005 as retailer operations manager, he's earned roles of increasing responsibility – including roles in global client experience, vehicle marketing and retailer contact. Matt’s experience also includes a few stints with another automaker.
Matt grew up immersed in the auto culture in Michigan, and that is where this industry first piqued his interest.
Matt holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University-Bloomington, and a masters of business administration from Xavier University.
