As president of Nissan Canada Inc., Christian Meunier oversees all Nissan and INFINITI operations in Canada including sales and marketing, finance, aftersales and the company's dealer network.
Meunier has held a variety of positions since he joined Nissan in 2002, most recently as president of Nissan Brazil. Here he oversaw a significant expansion of Nissan's dealer network and under Meunier's leadership, Nissan became Brazil's fastest growing car brand for three consecutive years.
Prior to this he was vice president, marketing at Nissan North America where he established a strategy for interactive marketing and a comprehensive model-line marketing process. Within Nissan Europe Meunier held several positions including general manager, sales & fleet as well as vice president, sales.
Meunier began his automotive career in France holding various senior positions at Ford and Rover, as well as Mercedes-Benz in the US.
He graduated from Écoles des hautes études commerciales du nord (EDHEC) Business School in Lille, France.
