NASHVILLE, Tenn. – INFINITI today reported sales of 10,635 vehicles in the U.S. during August, an increase of 16.1 percent versus the prior year.
Sales of the Q50 sports sedan totaled 3,839, an increase of 44.6 percent. Deliveries of the updated 2015 Q70 luxury performance sedan and new Q70L long wheelbase model increased 259.8 percent.
The QX60 7-passenger luxury crossover was up 53.7 percent, making August its best month ever. In all, INFINITI crossovers and sport utility vehicles were up 33.6 percent over prior year.
