NASHVILLE, Tenn. – INFINITI USA today announced that Bob Welby is appointed Senior Director, INFINITI USA Operations. Currently Director, INFINITI USA CMM, Welby will be based at INFINITI Americas headquarters in Franklin, Tennessee.
In this role, Welby will be responsible for overseeing INFINITI USA sales channels, client experience, training, model line management, pricing, and incentives. He will report directly to Jeff Pope, Group Vice President, INFINITI Americas.
Prior to his current role, Welby was Director, INFINITI USA Sales Operations. Welby has held several sales operations, marketing, and CMM positions at INFINITI since 2012. He began his career with Nissan North America (NNA) in 1996, progressing through several roles in the Northeast Region, and then increasing responsibilities at NNA’s headquarters starting in 2004.
Welby has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire.
