François Goupil de Bouillé is vice president, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) for INFINITI. In this role, he is responsible for managing INFINITI's entire business and steering its growth plan in this region. He is based at INFINITI's EMEA headquarters in Rolle, Switzerland.
Previously, Goupil de Bouillé was Vice President, Global Operations, for INFINITI, based in Hong Kong. He was responsible for the entire INFINITI Sales, Aftersales, Retail Network Development and Customer Care business worldwide. He also had full market responsibility for INFINITI's Asia/Oceania region.
Goupil de Bouillé is a seasoned Executive who spent more than 25 years in the auto industry with both Ford and Nissan. Since September 2009, he was based in Moscow, Russia, as Vice President and Managing Director for Nissan's Region East with responsibility for Russia and the Ukraine, Nissan's largest growth markets in recent years. Goupil de Bouillé started his career in September 1987 as a Zone Manager for the Parts Department at Ford France. He subsequently held several leadership positions in Sales and Service for Ford in France and in Europe overall. In 1999, he was named Ford Customer Service Department Director in France.
Goupil de Bouillé joined Nissan in 2002 to become the company's Commercial Director in France with responsibility for areas such as Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Network Development. From that point on, he quickly expanded his career internationally: From October 2004, he was General Manager in charge of a number of European countries for Nissan, before being appointed Managing Director for Nissan Sales in Central & Eastern Europe, based in Hungary, in May 2005. In April 2008, he was named Vice President, Sales, for Nissan Europe based at the company's European headquarters in Switzerland.
François Goupil de Bouillé was born on September 21, 1957. He is a French citizen and holds a Master's degree from the EM Lyon Business School.
